Mentor “Wally” Reed, 86, Indianapolis died Monday. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, with calling from 2-8 p.m. today. He had worked in labor relations for the NY Central and Penn Central railroads 42 years, retiring in 1968. Survivors: wife, Helen M. Hurley Reed; daughters: Joann R. Mosier; Donna R. Belch; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.

Note: Buried Washington Park East Cemetery (Sect J, Indianapolis) died 26 Oct 1992; born 7 May 1906.
